Pick your platform and you have the newest release. Free and GPL-3.0 + LGPL-3.0 with no cloud and no account; your organisations and sessions stay local on your machine; the installed app offers newer releases itself through a quiet daily check of this same releases feed. A commercial licence for my own code is also available, separately from the open-source licences: see commercial licensing.

Decitect was called Fulcrum before version 5. Nothing is lost in the rename: the first launch carries your settings and last session across; on Windows the setup offers to remove the old Fulcrum install once Decitect is in place.
